The location had grate access to multiple metro stations. Breakfast was also nice. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The room was very small. I also found the place felt crammed with as many rooms as possible. It gave me the impression of maximizing space over comfort.

I appreciated the convenience store inside the hotel (it was open late). The on-site public bath was also a real plus after a long day exploring. My room had a high-floor view, and it was excellent.

The hotel is close to multiple train stations. I found restaurants and shopping centers nearby, that was great. Laundry and a 24-hour convenience store are located onsite. I appreciate the vacuum machine available where you can vacuum cloths, this reduces their size.
The mattress quality wasn't good. I woke with aches.

The check-in process was quite difficult using the automated kiosks. The room definitely wasn't the size advertised. It felt more like a tiny cruise ship cabin. It was really difficult to move around without bumping into each other. i was pretty disappointed.

The hotel features a convenient store open 24 hours, amazing!!! i could buy anything i needed at any time. i also appreciated the onsen. It was clean and relaxing after a long day.

The service level was not great, as i found the self-check-in process slow (customers seemed to struggle with the system). room service involved putting a plastic bag with items outside the roomwith excessive plastic waste. The walls seemed thin.
